Becky grew up in northern California, graduated from the College of Wooster in Ohio, in 1998 and then went on to get educated by the L'Academie de Cuisine, in Silver Spring Maryland, and then the chef's training program at the Natural Gourmet Cookery School in New York City. She is currently working on her Masters degree in Holistic Nutrition with Hawthorn University which will be completed later this year.
Becky's approach to nutrition focuses on the use of whole foods and metabolic typing to help people achieve their optimal level of health. As a result of her own struggles with food allergies and sensitivities she has developed an expertise in their handling. She is well versed in gluten and casein free diets as well as many others.
Becky will be offering the following services:
- Nutritional counseling to implement the metabolic type diet plan
- On-going coaching program for success in implementing healthy eating
- Cooking classes to teach you how to transition from processed foods to healthy, whole foods
- Classes to teach you how to evaluate a label and how to shop for whole foods and the difference between organic and organic imitation
Coaching package include 4 visits:
- Initial Visit: $150.00
- Review of your health history, metabolic type and diet & meal plans to get you on your way
Follow up Visits: $100.00 each
- First follow up will be within one week of initial visit to make sure the diet works for you and to answer any immediate questions.
- Later follow ups are spread out a bit more and continue to help with any questions or concerns and also help to add additional components to your new healthy lifestyle.
